Re : Send mail fail

Hi Duynhan,

I did check with the logs and the exception parsed was the application was unable to recognize the SSL configuration.

Please have SMTP, port 25, TLS disabled and requires authentication enabled, provide the credentials and restart the application and check if this works.

Also ensure to double check the settings with your Exchange Server. If the issue happens even after the changes, please update us with the logs for analysis.
