Sorry, my scenario is entirely different
I have installed two primary Service Desk plus server installed in the same domain.
In the old Service Desk Plus, Single Sign On was happening before configuring the secondary primary Service Desk Plus.
Old Service Desk Plus the jespa log file nearing to 3.5 GB.
Newly configured Service Desk Plus with same details is working fine and SSO is happening.
