Hi,
I did analyze the screen shot and figured out that the Server name and the SQL instance is not populated. So please check if the SQL browser in the SQL server is started under Services.msc. Then update the SQL server name and check the credentials, update then in the Java window and then check if the settings are saved.
If the issue still persist, then please send an email to support@servicedeskplus.com, along with this forum and your contact details for anlaysis.
Regards,
