Hi Garreth,
To import users from AD, please follow the below steps.
1. Go to Admin->Window Domain Scan, provide the Domain Controller where the AD is installed and an Admin username and password, which has read access to all the OU's.
2. Then go to Admin->Active Directory->Import Requesters from Active Directory.
3. Choose the domain that you just added and click on Import Now.
This will import the users into the application, also you need to enable AD authentication by going to Admin->Active Directory.
Also if you get error message as "Could Not Bind to AD Server", then delete all the Domains that are listed under the Windows Domain Scan, then add the domain again, set it as Public Domain and then perform the steps, it will work.
