The same issue.
@@REQUESTTEMPLATE=xxx@@ is not working.
Any another commands are ok (AddRequest, REQUESTER, TECHNICIAN, etc).
That worked some time ago. It seems stopped working 3-5 months ago.
Is there ETA to fix that ?
