Re : ManageEngine ServiceDesk does not started after upgrading from 8027 to 8100

If the upgrade is successful and the application does not start, then stop the application from the Services, then open the command prompt as an Administrator and execute Run.Bat  from [ServiceDesk Home\Bin], check if this starts the application.

If you get any error message, please send us the screen shot of the error message along with the screen shot to support@servicedeskplus.com along with your contact details for analysis.
