Hello
I installed the new version of service desk plus on windows 2003 server and it instaled correctly but when i tried to run its services it's not starting
I checked the Even Viewer and i found this for PostgreSQL error
The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( PostgreSQL ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: LOG: could not bind IPv4 socket: No error
HINT: Is another postmaster already running on port 65432? If not, wait a few seconds and retry.
Also i Tried to run the StartDB.bat file i got the following error
