Re : DueBy Date changing by itself when merging tickets

Can you please recreate the scenario and immediately generate the logs and send it across to our Support Team to further analyze the issue.

First,you choose 2 tickets to merge and take screenshots after opening those Requests and also their history information and later on after merging,take another screenshot of the Original Request's history information and include the same in your e-mail.
