Could you please remove the complete signature first after logging in with Local authentication and save the settings.
Later on,instead of directly copying your signature from another web page or from an e-mail,could you please try copying it first onto a notepad and then try pasting it onto the signature field (or probably type the signature into the signature field directly ) in the application and see how it behaves after that.
The issue could be,when you copy your signature from a webpage the html content itself is getting copied into the application which could be huge data which is causing a truncation which results in the above scenario.
