Re : Problem with tech groups that has group email

Hi Albert

If I try to change technician from "group 1" with group email assign, to "group 2" (also have group email) SDP+ is going mad. It's starting to generate tickets\requests in "group 1" and "group 2" and this is infinity process. Once it's created 800 requests in "group 1" and 800 requests in "group 2"

This is very strange behavior. Only a few ways that a ticket can be generated and not appended. Do you have another system which automatically replies?

If I send through an email to servicedesk and cc another person in ServiceDesk will automatically reply to both people.

What is your desired outcomes? You have mentioned two different solutions to two different problems. What are you trying to achieve?
