Re : Ticket created from email looses formatting

Please let me know the following details

1. Mail client used for sending email.
2. Servicedesk build number from Help-->About
3. Mail Server version
4. Try sending a email from mail client to Gmail account (generic account) and check whether the emails looses the formatting.
