followed your steps but doesn't seem to have worked. it now appears as though we are getting no notifications from the bell whatsoever (even when picking up tickets etc)
I renamed the "extracted" folder to "extracted.old" and it has generated a new "Extracted" folder however this has not resolved the issue.
Following the changes, I did notice an IE error on servicedesk startup - I assume this is what is now causing the problem.
