Yes you are right. I see that if I go to
http://servicedesk:8080/sd/SolutionSearch.sd
and try to search something I have 0 results.
If I go to this link , login, I can have results with a search
http://servicedesk:8080/SolutionsHome.do
I already di did the reindex as suggested and the query on our DB MSSQL.
The contente of the directory LuceneIndex\Solution_index has the right date.
