Re : Failed to located authority for name

DNS Site name is added incorrectly in Admin-->Active Directory-->Pass through Authentication Configuration. Remove the DNS Site details and add a new dummy computer account in Computer account name field. Give a new password according to your password policy. Save the settings.

Download NewComputeraccount.vbs and the Command prompted in the Error message. Move the file to Active Directoy and execute the command from the path where you have saed the file. Now go to Servicedesk application and save the Pass through settings once.

Restart Servicedesk application. Logout from all the browser and check whether pass through authentication works.
