Hi,

Is this an issue in you production server or in a test environment?
Perform the below steps.,
1. In the command prompt, go to
..\ManageEngine\servicedesk\bin>stopDB.bat (execute)
2. then, ..\bin>startDB.bat 65432 (execute)
3. change directory to
..\ManageEngine\servicedesk\server>reinitializeDB.bat (execute)
4. you will find a file named restorelist.txt in the same location,
delete it.
5. Once again change back to bin folder., ..\bin>run.bat
(execute)
6. It will start the application, now kill it by issuing Ctrl+C in
the command prompt.
7. Once again try restoring the data, choose only part 1 file, rest
of the files will be automatically restored.
