Re : Can't connect to remote computer (Remote Control)

Hi,

Can you please reproduce the issue and send us the client side logs from "C:\Program Files\ManageEngine\AssetExplorer\RemoteControl\log" and the Server side logs from the Support Tab->Support File of the application along with the machine name that you were trying to remote.

Send the details to support@servicedeskplus.com along with the forum link for analysis.
