Re : Import from Active Directory stopped working

Hi,


In this case, it could be an issue with the Login credentials provided for the Domain Controller, go to Admin -> Discovery -> Windows Domain Scans, validate the user name and password for the same.

You could also your login credential to import Users from AD.


The delete queries you have executed is used to fix issues such as,

1. When not all OU's populated from Domain.

2. When OU's list shown empty.
