Hi Michael,
From the log trace, we could see that the backup dint start due to permission issue. Please open up a Command Prompt Window in the elevated mode ( Run as Administrator) and navigate through bin folder from ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\bin, invoke backUpData.bat file.
C:>ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\bin>backUpData.bat
To take a backup without file attachments, use the below argument
C:>ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\bin>backUpData.bat --trimmed
