Re : Problem with workstations scanning (Asset)

No response error comes when Servicedesk is unable to ping the machine with Machine names.

For General failure: Scan a machine which gets this error and send me the agent logs from the client machine under C:\Program files\AssetExplorer\Agent\log\agent.log files
