Am I reading this correctly? 


Hi Karen,

 

When a request is submitted for approval to more than one technician, even if one approves the request will be set to approved state. The application will not wait for the other approvers but will directly change the request status to approved or rejected based on the first technicians decision. In the previous build of Servicedesk after the first technician has made his decision, the approval status will change as 'Approved' and the option to take action will still be listed in other technician home page, this was a bug in the software and it was fixed in our recent build. 

 

Hence it is the intended behaviour that if the first technician makes the decision by clicking on the link in the HOME tab then the link will be removed for all technicians. Please let me know if you have any question.
