ServiceDeskPlus Agent Explorer 'Attempt to connect to the server Failed'

Hi Guys,
 
We've noticed a recent trend with our new machines we've deployed. Some machines are picked up by the AssetExplorer Agent during our weekly automated Domain Scan, but others fail.
 
The Windows image on these machine are deployed from a base image we use on all machines.
 
An example of the error I see (the local Agent Log)
 

[04/26/15][18:16:10][httphandler.cpp][579][ERROR][2088] ::InternetSendRequestEx :  Error in HttpSendRequestEx -> 12029
[04/26/15][18:16:10][httphandler.cpp][48][ERROR][2088] ::HttpGetLastError: The attempt to connect to the server failed.
[04/26/15][18:14:46][httphandler.cpp][579][ERROR][2088] ::InternetSendRequestEx :  Error in HttpSendRequestEx -> 12007
[04/26/15][18:14:46][httphandler.cpp][26][ERROR][2088] ::HttpGetLastError: The server name could not be resolved.
 
Is there anything we can check to get a definitive answer as to why some new machines have this issue and others don't?
