Re : Mailfetch from imap-mail.outlook.com not working

Hi,

If you are able to successfully configure thunderbird on the server where Servicedesk is installed and fetch new emails in it, then it should work just fine in Servicedesk as well. I request you to kindly send me screenshot of the below details to support@servicedeskplus.com so that I can check that and assist you accordingly.

1. Account configuration settings in Thunderbird mail client where you have configured the mail address.

2. Go to Admin --> Mail Server Settings in Servicedesk and send me the screenshot of the incoming tab.
