Could you please go under the installation folder ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\applications and rename the 'extracted' folder to 'old_extracted' and try running the run.sh again and see if that helps.
If that doesn't help,please do let me know the database you have configured for the application and attach below logs :
1.) wrapper.log under Manageengine\ServiceDesk\bin folder.
2.) serverout0.txt under ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\server\default\log folder.
