It seem that that link has now taken over all the other links on the site so if I go to click on Home, Requests, Problems, etc instead of going to the address of our server it's pointing to the address from the image in the email that the ticket was created from.
The attached screengrab should highlight the issue, the mouse is hovered over the Requests link but the address shown in the bottom left is the address attached to the image in the middle of the page from the email and not the address of our server as shown in the address bar.
(I'm not going to type our and our clients addresses into the body of this post see the attached image)
Clicking any of those links will error with page not found but the links all work for tickets from other users.
Has anyone else come across this problem? Is this a known issue that we can expect to be fixed in an upcoming patch release?
We are running Version : 8.2.0 Build 8217 on an Ubuntu Linux server with a MySQL DB.
I'm hoping this is just something that can be resolved in a patch since it's not something that can be easily worked around as once the ticket is opened, you can't do anything with it as none of the links work to make any changes.
