Re : ServiceDesk Plus upgrade from 8217 to 9.0 version FAILED

Hien,

Please send me the updatemanager.log files from SDP-home/server/default/log folder.

I would like know from which build you started the test installation of Servicedesk. i.e
you would have installed 8213 build and then you would have upgrade to 8217.

I would like to know the exact build number from which you started Servicedesk installation.
