I sent you some necessary files to support team's email.Kindly check email for us in the soonest
Sorry for sending you many emails,this issue is new for us.So we need your support in emergency.
Our client really be replied asap,
His system is stopped in service.
About SDP is crashed,we will send you log files later.We can skip this now.
But upgrading issue is so urgent to us.
